DID YOU KNOW? Over the next 5 billion years the sun’s outer layers continue to expand to reach 200 times its radius! The sun is actually expanding itself into lesser existence, moving from a “yellow dwarf” to a “red giant” before only the carbon core is left, a “white dwarf”, that will not create or emit energy.
I have been reading up on the glorious star in preparation for our Webinar and June ABQ Retreat. And as always, when I gaze up it is just like looking in. The constant reminder that truly energy connects us ALL is there. This entire material world is energy manifesting infinite forms. So simple.

AS WE re-EMERGE and navigate this transition, of what feels like a new dawn, post-COVID, we have transformed, expanded, and awakened. What seemed like an eternity of not knowing and confusion has been digested. I don’t know about you, but I feel like a snake that has gone through numerous sheddings. A part of me is raw, while another is ready to rumble. So I will be raw in the rumble!
IT IS ALWAYS A JOURNEY of figuring out what is best, what will truly serve and align? The commitment to be a steward of the teachings has never waivered. A love of learning and self-reflection to be a better teacher, coach and clinician expands evermore. Yet how to integrate it all together is the great juggle. I have discovered what is unique and wonderful about ME is always my teacher. Those teaching can take many years, a few hours or days. I easily disperse, create, manifest, invigorate and excite. This energy has allowed me to invent many layers to the same theme, but dividing my attention in so many ways, that ALL OF ME was never in ONE place. I think for those of us full-time in the wellness, Yoga, or Ayurveda world you understand me perfectly. This works, until it doesn’t.
THE TIME HAS COME to condense, to laser-focus my energy, and not disperse and become even more clear in the evolution to e-EMERGE. So all of me is landing here, at NMSY. I have let go of many accounts, websites, and mental chaos. Though I founded and have led NMSY since 2016, I did so with many other arms in other projects. I am gathering all of my arms. We will offer certification programming in Albuquerque, NM with satellite offerings in my home Nosara, Costa Rica, and online. Certification and continuing education offerings are evolving… so stay super tuned. Women-only programming, one-on-one Yoga Wellness Coaching, and transformational retreats will bring learning opportunities for all. But our goal is to stay small and intimate, not large and grand. To serve the authentic student and teach earnestly the sacred, ancestral teachings that honor lineage and modern evolution for complete health. When Dharma (purpose) aligns with Swastha (wellbeing) a peaceful existence is there. This is what we offer.
We have a diverse team that has slowly morphed through the pandemic evolution, organically and in alignment. Clarifying our roles and mission can bring so much peace to the mind. Of course, all happens in cycles managed by the grand clock of the Divine. I can only breathe and follow dharma.
