In therapy application, Ayurvedic Yoga can offer a complete lifestyle plan for full integration and wellness.
We are registered with Yoga Alliance to offer a 200-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Certification and 300-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist Certification programs.
We offer continuing education advanced workshops for NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) and IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists).
