Friday Night: (3 hrs) Mindful opening and practice followed by foundations and roots of ayurveda, yoga, and mind.

Saturday: (4.5 hrs) Morning sadhana (channels of mind). Ayurveda, Connections, perspectives and science for Mind.

Sunday: (4.5 hrs) Morning sadhana (gunas of the mind). Assessments and tools for mind and self-healing.
